Top Tier Physical Thearpy believes in being fully transparent about our pricing.
When you work with us, you will not receive surprise bills or be hit with hidden fees.
Top Tier Physical Therapy accepts funds from health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts. We can also provide super bills to submit to your insurance.
We do not bill your insurance on your behalf. Reimbursement from out-of-network benefits is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan.

What you get when you work with us:
At Top Tier Physical Therapy, we treat all of our clients 1-on-1 for the entirety of their appointment.
Our treatments are focused on addressing the underlying cause of your problem to minimize the chances of this issue returning, rather than utilizing passive treatments that only mask your pain.
You will not be passed on to an aide or tech, you will not be left alone to do your exercises in the corner, you will not see a different therapist each visit.
Most of our clients are seen once a week vs. the typical 2-3 times per week, reducing the burden on your schedule.
You will have 24/7 access to communicate with your physical therapist between appointments via our integrative app.
Pricing/ Treatment Plans:
Initial Evaluation: $225*
Single session: $225
6-pack of visits: $205 per session**
12-pack of visits: $190 per session**
20-pack of visits: $175 per session**
*A $50 deposit is required for the initial evaluation, if a package is purchased at the time of your initial evaluation, then the remainder of the initial evaluation fee ($175) will be waived.
