About Top Tier Physical Therapy
Your PT Trains Like You Do
Top Tier Physical Therapy started with a simple frustration: athletes deserve better care than what most PT clinics offer. Brad Logue, a lifelong competitor and Middletown native, built this practice to change that.

What PT Was Always Supposed to Be
Most PT is built around volume. At Top Tier, every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist, focused on addressing the root cause of your problem, not just masking the symptoms.
The Principles Behind the Practice
Every decision at Top Tier comes back to what is best for you. That means individualized programming, honest answers, and a care model built around performance and longevity, not just getting you out of pain fast.
Movement Is Medicine
Activity is the path forward. We build plans that keep you moving through recovery, not sitting on the sidelines.
One-on-One, Every Session
No aides, no techs, no shared time. Every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist for the full hour.
Transparent Pricing, No Surprises
Pricing is public and upfront. No surprise bills, no insurance runaround. What you see is what you pay.
Built for Athletes, Period
We serve athletes and active individuals. This practice was built for people who want more than just feeling okay.
